The Vietnam International Food Industry Exhibition (Vietnam Foodexpo), organized annually under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, is a key trade promotion event in the agricultural and food industry sectors. It plays a vital role in boosting domestic market development, strengthening trade connections, and expanding export opportunities for Vietnamese enterprises.

Over more than 11 years, Vietnam Foodexpo has established itself as a major specialized trade promotion event, attracting a wide range of domestic and international businesses, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and importers. The exhibition provides a platform for Vietnamese enterprises to showcase their products, seek partners, expand markets, and connect with domestic distribution and retail networks as well as foreign importers.

In 2025, the exhibition attracted over 20,000 trade visitors—including nearly 4,000 international guests from 40 countries and territories—demonstrating the growing interest of the business community and international partners in Vietnam's agricultural and food sectors.

Building on the success of previous years, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has assigned the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE) to organize Vietnam Foodexpo 2026, scheduled to take place from November 11 to 14, 2026, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
