In the context of global supply chain restructuring and the growing trend of “de-risking,” industrial and technological cooperation between Vietnam and Germany has become a top priority in bilateral economic relations.

Germany is a global leader in industrial manufacturing, automation, and high technology, while Vietnam is emerging as a dynamic manufacturing hub, ready to integrate more deeply into global value chains through investment cooperation, OEM production, and technology transfer. Strengthening business connectivity between the two countries is therefore of strategic importance at this stage.

Within the framework of Hannover Messe 2026 (taking place from 20 to 24 April 2026 in Hannover, Germany), the Embassy of Vietnam in Germany, in cooperation with Hannover Impuls and the Vietnam Supporting Industries Association (VASI), will organize the networking event:“Vietnam Night: Vietnam – Germany Industry & Tech Connect” from 17:30 on 21 April 2026 at the Hannover Impuls booth, Hannover Exhibition Center.

The event is expected to welcome the Ambassador of Vietnam to Germany, the Trade Counsellor and Science and Technology Counsellor of Vietnam in Germany, as well as representatives of leading German and Vietnamese institutions and organizations, including the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK), the Business Association of Lower Saxony (UVN), German SME associations, the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development of Vietnam, and numerous enterprises from both countries.

The event will provide an opportunity to present an overview of Vietnam’s manufacturing capabilities and supporting industries, highlight cooperation needs in technology, and facilitate direct B2B networking between Vietnamese enterprises and German partners in sectors such as mechanical engineering, automation, supporting industries, and manufacturing technologies.

In 2026, Vietnam will participate in Hannover Messe with two major pavilions located at Hall 17. B67 and Hall 17.77, featuring 20 representative enterprises in mechanical engineering, tooling, automation, and supporting industries. Participating companies include: AUTOMECH Mechanical Equipment and Solutions JSC, Busan Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd., Export Mechanical Tools JSC, Seiki Innovation Co., Ltd., Sunpla JSC, ENDO Co., Ltd., MEKAMIC Industrial Equipment and Construction JSC, Me Tran Binh Xuyen Co., Ltd., Saigon Supporting Industry JSC (SASI), Minh Hoang Technology Co., Ltd., Export Tools JSC, PSH Co., Ltd., ETEK Automation Solutions JSC, An Mi Tools Co., Ltd., CNCTech JSC, TOMECO Electromechanical JSC, TOMECO Supporting Industry JSC, and TOMECO An Khang JSC.

All exhibiting enterprises will also participate in the Vietnam Night event. The Embassy of Vietnam in Germany (Science & Technology Section and Trade Office) cordially invites German business associations and companies to attend and engage directly with Vietnamese enterprises.

Vietnamese companies attending Hannover Messe 2026 independently are also encouraged to register for participation in this networking event.
