From October 4–8, 2025, hundreds of Vietnamese enterprises will participate in Anuga 2025 in Cologne, Germany. Anuga is the world’s largest trade fair for food and beverages, held every two years, bringing together tens of thousands of producers, importers, distributors, and industry experts from all over the world. This event plays a particularly important role in promoting products, expanding markets, and connecting global partners.
The Vietnamese delegation will showcase a wide range of agricultural and food products that have already earned recognition in international markets. Key product categories include:
- Rice and rice-based products: fragrant rice, Japonica rice, vermicelli, noodles, rice paper – represented by Angimex, Tan Long Group, Duy Anh Foods.
- Nuts and spices: cashews, pepper, cinnamon, star anise, coffee, turmeric, ginger – from leading exporters such as Hanfimex, Haprosimex, Simexco Daklak, Vinasamex, Visimex, FNB, Phuc Thinh, Ho Tieu Viet, Nam Son Phu Tho, and others.
- Fresh produce: Chanh Thu, Mova Plus, etc.
- Processed agricultural products: coconut and coconut-based products (Luong Quoi, Vietcoco), frozen fruits and juices (Nafoods, Sapo Daklak, Tien Thinh Group, Phu Thinh), canned and pickled fruits and vegetables (Antesco, Hagimex, Hung Son), Fancy Group (chocolate), Fresh and Yum, etc.
Processed foods and FMCG: dairy products from Vinamilk, condiments and convenient foods from Masan Consumer, instant noodles and pho from Vifon, along with many other reputable brands.
Participation in Anuga 2025 demonstrates the strong commitment of Vietnamese enterprises to meeting the highest standards of quality, food safety, and sustainability. Most of the products on display are certified by leading international standards such as HACCP, ISO, BRC, Halal, Kosher, and Organic EU/USDA, ensuring their competitiveness in the most demanding markets.
Vietnamese enterprises will be located in several dedicated pavilions:
- Vietnam National Pavilion, organized by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE): Confex Hall, booths A030g-B039g-C039g.
- Ho Chi Minh City ITPC Pavilion: Confex Hall, booths D050g-E059g and E050g-F051g.
- Vietnam Pepper and Spice Association (VPSA) Pavilion: Hall 1.2, booth N008g.
